About IBCCP
Since 1995 the IBCCP program has been helping to provide breast and cervical cancer screenings to women in Illinois. The program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams, and pap tests to eligible women. The program even helps women that have already been diagnosed with cancer; she may receive free treatment if she qualifies.

- living in the state of Illinois in Adams, Brown, Hancock, Pike or Scott County
- without insurance, insurance with high deductible or insurance that does not pay for preventative screen services
- between the ages of 21-64 years old
