Individuals that either live or work in Hancock County that have a physician referral.
Physician referral for people 14 years old & up.
14- to 17-year-old must be with a parent or guardian when exercising.
Our goal is to help people who want to improve their health and the management of chronic diseases (diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, obesity, etc.) through regular exercise. Facility is located in the Hancock County Health Department, the Fitness Center has a separate entrance, foam flooring, and commercial grade exercise equipment. The maximum user weight on most of our machines is 500 lbs.
